Refund Policy

At GentLoft, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. To initiate a return, email us at info@gentloft.com with your order number.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, sale items, and worn products are not eligible for refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photo evidence. We’ll send a replacement or refund your payment.
